By accessing or using the Materials and Morpho protocol interfaces, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this disclaimer.

All Materials are provided solely for informational and educational purposes. Nothing contained in the Materials constitutes or should be construed as financial, investment, or trading advice; legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice; or an offer to sell or solicitation to buy any securities or digital assets.

Past performance, APY figures, TVL metrics, and integration examples do not guarantee future results. DeFi lending carries risk of partial or total loss of deposited funds.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Frontends, vault curators, and partner integrations built on Morpho operate independently. Morpho Association is not responsible for curator decisions, frontend configuration errors, or third-party smart contract risks outside the core Morpho Blue primitive.
