Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "TOU") are concluded between the Morpho Association, a French Association with registered office at 24 rue de Clichy 75009 Paris, registered under number W751263773 ("Morpho Association", "Us", "We", "Our"), and a natural person or legal entity (the "User", "You", "Yours") who visits or uses Morpho Association's Sites, Services, Apps and/or Protocols.

By accessing or using the Services, You agree to be bound by these TOU. If You do not agree, You must not use the Services.

1. Services

The Morpho protocol consists of permissionless smart contracts deployed on public blockchains. Morpho Association provides informational interfaces and documentation but does not custody user assets or execute transactions on Your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in Your jurisdiction and not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law, including sanctions and export control regulations.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating risks associated with lending, borrowing, and holding digital assets.

4. Assumption of Risk

DeFi protocols carry smart contract, oracle, market, and operational risks. You acknowledge that You may lose some or all of Your assets and that Morpho Association provides no guarantee of returns or safety of funds.

5. Intellectual Property

Morpho smart contracts are open source. Morpho Association trademarks, branding, and website content remain the property of Morpho Association or its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morpho Association shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Your use of the Services.

7. Governing Law

These TOU are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions in Your jurisdiction where applicable.
